TOTAL COMMITMENT is here to provide you with the best possible environment for you to reach your goals.  You must be 100% committed to make a change and I will take care of the rest.  I personally believe in the seven key components that equal SERVICE:

Safety - First and foremost I am here to ensure your safety through proper technique and form based on biomechanical science.

Education - It is my responsibility as your instructor or personal trainer to educate you about health and fitness and teach you all the aspects related to your specific health and fitness goals.

Reliability - I have made a commitment to you, I am committed to being on time and following through on any needs you may have.

Variation - I will keep your program new and exciting to allow you to progress and have fun too!

Integrity - It is my responsibility to remain honest at all times and give you the most comfortable class and/or training environment.

Continual Improvement - I am committed to ensuring your success no matter what specific goal you have.  My attention is on you, and I will be focused 100% each session.

Enthusiasm - It is my job to keep you accountable, motivated and on track to meet your specific goal.  I will make your exercise lively and one of progress.  Exercise is relaxing and rewarding.  My goal is to see these qualities, and look forward to working out every time!
